The story worth telling

If the picture already shows a button being clicked, the voice does not need to announce the click. Use that time to explain the choice or consequence. Read the script while watching the recording and remove lines that arrive too late.

Three things to capture

1. The user’s starting problem
2. The action and decision
3. The visible outcome

Let the camera run a little before and after each action. Those extra seconds give you room to find a better cut.

Check that every product claim is demonstrated or clearly qualified. Remove invented metrics and unsupported savings.
